Riding the Metro in Prague


Sandy is living in Brno, Czech Republic, and has been to Prague many times, and finds it a beautiful city.

I’ve only visited Prague once but I did get to ride the Metro. I would love to have spent more time exploring the city via the Metro, but my hosts insisted on driving. I think it is much more fun to explore a city via the public transit system. No worries about parking and you might just meet some interesting people.

  1. that is a great card and I love when you tell us about what the card reps for you . I got a Paris metro ticket from a pen pal the other day and what a treat that was . awesome , just awesome .

  2. I also like discovering a town through buses or metro; i 'm surprised to see a postcard showing the subway. I never saw that in Paris!
