Glittery London

This postcard was supposed to be blogged back in December, when it was seasonally appropriate since the scene is Regent Street in London, England, at Christmas. However, I was buried in fabric and missed a few days of blogging. I decided this glittery view would be cheerful in late January, when we could all use a bit of cheer.

Laura visited London last summer, a few days after the Olympics had closed, but Regent Street was still all decked out for the Games. There were flags of all the nations that participated in the Games hanging above the streets, and the mood was very festive. If glittery holiday lights don't left spirits, thinking back to the wonderful London Games just might!
