Mystery Homes in Alabama

Erica writes that this postcard reminds her of childhood in Alabama, from Ivy Green (the birthplace of Helen Keller) to Space Camp at Huntsville.

The back caption on this postcard does not identify these homes, but I think the photo on the left is Jemison-Van de Graaff Mansion. If anyone can identify this lovely homes, I'd be most appreciative.
